If you are a powder hound looking for big mountain steeps, Kicking Horse is the resort for you! Kicking Horse is all about snow and the terrain, and with 4314 feet of vertical drop, steep bowls and chutes, it is no wonder that it was chosen to host the World Freeride Tour! While the small town of Golden, British Columbia has limited nightlife opportunities, we find that the best apres-ski at Kicking Horse involves getting some extra sleep to be able to hit the mountain hard again the next day. Your legs will need it!
