Americas & Caribbean
Fourteen destinations where sport is woven into daily life, budgets stretch further and the flight is short enough that a first-time traveling program can say yes without hesitation.
Americas & Caribbean
This region is where we send groups that want a genuine international experience without an overnight long-haul flight or a European price tag. Flights from most of the US run three to seven hours, jet lag barely registers, and a seven-day trip is fully worth the effort.
The sport is real. Cuba and the Dominican Republic are baseball cultures with a century of history. Argentina and Brazil are among the best places on earth to watch soccer, field hockey and volleyball. Puerto Rico's basketball scene punches far above the island's size. Canada's hockey and lacrosse programs need no introduction.
It is also the most flexible region for combining sport with adventure. Rainforest, volcanoes, reefs, mountains, colonial cities and beaches sit within hours of each other, which means the non-game days write themselves.

Sports shown are the ones we most often arrange competition for locally. Most groups combine two or three destinations in a single trip.

Practical planning
Honest constraints, so the trip you approve is the trip you get.
Spring break, June and early July for most of the region. Southern-hemisphere winter suits Argentina, Chile and Brazil differently — we'll advise.
Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama and the Dominican Republic are our strongest value destinations for a full week.
Puerto Rico requires no passport for US travelers. Cuba requires a specific travel category and a tourist card, which we guide you through.
Atlantic hurricane season runs June to November. We plan itineraries and contingencies with that on the table, not hidden.
How it works
Most organizers have never planned an international trip before. That's normal — and it's our job, not yours.
01
A short conversation with the coach, teacher, administrator or parent organizing the trip. Goals, timing, group size, travel experience and budget.
02
We recommend destinations that actually fit, then build one or two tailored proposals with a day-by-day itinerary and per-person pricing. You give feedback; we refine until it's right.
03
We open registration and handle payments, documents and traveler questions directly, so you're not chasing forms. Fundraising and contribution support is available if you need it.
04
Group flights, transfers, hotels, guides, matches and activities are locked and staffed. You coach and enjoy the trip; we run the logistics.
Start planning
Tell us the sport, the roster size and roughly when you want to travel. We'll come back with destinations that actually fit — and honest pricing.
