By recommending us to your friends, colleagues, teammates, and various community organizations, you can earn rewards while helping your community discover what we have to offer!

How Trip Ambassadors Work!

  • Eligibility

    The Trip Ambassadors Program is open to all former participants of an ASTravel trip. Eligibility extends to players/students, parents/coaches, chaperones, and trip organizers interested in joining our program.

    Referrals must be new customers who have not previously booked with ASTravel.

    Ambassadors are responsible for promoting the ASTravel Brands in a manner consistent with our values and policies.

  • Referral Process

    The referral process is straightforward. Submit your contact's information using the link provided, making sure you have their permission. It is essential that they mention your name and the organization you are associated with to ensure you receive the referral credit.

  • Rewards

    Referral rewards are distributed after the completion of the trip.

    Reward Structure (pax # is paying passengers)

    20-35 pax: $1500

    36+ pax: $2000

Brand Ambassadors Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • Open to individuals aged 18 (under 18 with parental permission) or older with a passion for travel, sports, and community engagement.

    • Ambassadors must have actively used and will promote ASTravel services.

  2. Responsibilities

    • Share promotional content provided by ASTravel (e.g., social media posts, blogs).

    • Use a unique referral link to encourage bookings.

    • Represent ASTravel professionally and positively at all times.

  3. Compensation and Rewards

    • Ambassadors earn monetary rewards for each referral resulting in a completed booking.

    • Rewards are subject to verification of referral completion and are non-transferable.

  4. Content Use

    • Any content created by ambassadors promoting ASTravel may be shared and repurposed by ASTravel with proper credit.

  5. Program Termination

    • ASTravel reserves the right to terminate the partnership if an ambassador engages in inappropriate behavior, misrepresents the brand, or violates program terms.

  6. Confidentiality

    • Ambassadors must keep proprietary information (e.g., unreleased promotions) confidential.

  7. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved through mediation or arbitration under Maine jurisdiction.

  8. Changes to Terms

    • ASTravel reserves the right to modify the program’s terms with prior notice.

By participating, ambassadors agree to these terms and any updates communicated by ASTravel.
