This Privacy Policy describes how ActivSport Travel LLC ("ActivSport Travel", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through our website at astravel.world and in connection with the group travel services we arrange. It also applies to our related brands, including AS Travel and ActivSport Ski.

This page is a notice of our practices. It does not ask you to give up any rights you have under applicable law. For privacy questions or requests, email groups@astravel.world.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Inquiries and newsletter sign-ups: your name, email address, organization, role, optional phone number, group type and size, destinations, dates, budget, interests and any message you send. Agreeing to receive marketing email is a separate, optional choice.
• Trip applications and registrations: participant details such as date of birth, address, phone, parent or guardian and emergency contacts, travel and rooming preferences, dietary and health notes, answers to trip-specific questions and, only when a specific trip requires it, passport details.
• Technical information: details your browser or device sends when you use the site, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, times of access and diagnostic or error data.
• Information from others: details supplied by group leaders, schools, clubs or travel suppliers so that we can provide the services agreed for a trip.

We use personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and prepare custom proposals;
• design and customize group itineraries;
• review and verify trip applications and registrations;
• arrange flights, accommodation, transportation, activities and other travel services;
• send operational trip updates and communicate in emergencies;
• maintain site security, prevent misuse and troubleshoot problems;
• keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We send marketing email, such as trip ideas and travel announcements, only if you have separately and voluntarily opted in. Opting in is never required to make an inquiry, apply for or take part in a trip, and declining marketing does not affect the trip communications you need.

Arranging travel sometimes requires sharing personal information. We share it only as reasonably necessary, including with:

• airlines, hotels, ground transportation carriers, activity providers, local guides and other travel suppliers contracted for your trip;
• technology, hosting, database, email and customer-relationship service providers that process information on our behalf;
• group leaders, to the extent required to coordinate and operate the group's trip;
• authorities or other parties where required by law or in response to a valid, authorized request;
• a successor or acquirer in connection with a business transaction, as permitted by law;
• others, for other purposes, with your consent.

We do not sell personal information, including mobile opt-in information, to independent third-party marketers or advertisers.

Health and dietary notes, safety information and passport numbers require special care. We collect them only when needed for trip operations and safety, and limit access to staff and service providers who need them for those purposes.

Many of our trips include minors traveling under adult supervision. Where required, a parent, guardian or authorized adult submits or authorizes a minor traveler's details as part of the group travel process. Our public website is not intended for children under 13 to register on their own.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact groups@astravel.world so we can review and address it.

Our site uses limited cookies and browser storage where needed for the site to operate, remember form progress or sign-in state, and keep the site secure. Our hosting and site infrastructure record technical, performance and error information, and we may use analytics tools when enabled to understand how the site is used.

Some pages load resources from third-party services, such as web fonts, which may receive standard browser information like your IP address. Those services handle data under their own policies.

You can review, block or delete cookies and stored site data in your browser settings. Blocking some storage may affect how parts of the site work.

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide trip services, maintain records, meet applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations, and for legitimate business purposes such as resolving questions or disputes. How long depends on the type of information and the reason we hold it.

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, including encrypted HTTPS connections to our website and access controls that limit trip and participant records to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International travel involves suppliers and service providers in other countries. When we arrange services abroad, personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose laws differ from those where you live. We share only what is needed for the services and handle transfers in line with applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or object to certain uses. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting or operational reasons, such as an active or completed booking.

To make a request, including as a group trip participant or parent or guardian, email groups@astravel.world. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; doing so does not affect trip operations or the communications you need for your trip.

Our site may link to other websites, such as partner organizations, suppliers or insurance providers. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this notice. Please review their policies.

We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
